PayMyLink – Merchant Agreement

1. Agreement Scope

This Merchant Agreement governs the use of PayMyLink services by approved merchants.


2. Merchant Onboarding

Merchants must complete onboarding and verification processes and provide accurate, current information.


3. Compliance Obligations

Merchants agree to comply with:

  • All applicable local, state, federal, and international laws
  • AML, KYC, and sanctions regulations
  • Consumer protection and advertising laws
  • Payment processor and card network rules

4. Payments & Settlements

Settlement timing and payout methods depend on the payment processor, transaction risk, and compliance review. PayMyLink does not guarantee instant payouts.


5. Risk Monitoring

PayMyLink reserves the right to:

  • Monitor transactions
  • Delay or suspend payouts for review
  • Request additional documentation

6. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement. PayMyLink may terminate immediately for violations, excessive risk, or regulatory concerns.


7. Indemnification

Merchants agree to indemnify and hold harmless PayMyLink from claims, losses, or liabilities arising from their products, services, or legal violations.
