PayMyLink – Refund Policy

1. Merchant-Managed Refunds

PayMyLink does not issue refunds directly. All refunds, cancellations, and service disputes are handled by the merchant who received the payment.


2. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must contact the merchant directly regarding:

  • Refund requests
  • Order cancellations
  • Service or delivery issues

3. Chargebacks and Disputes

If a chargeback occurs:

  • The merchant is responsible for providing evidence
  • Funds may be temporarily withheld during investigation
  • Chargeback and dispute fees may apply

4. Non-Refundable Fees

Processing and platform fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
